Send a Digital Impression


By sending Tele-Dent your case digitally you immediately bypass the time it takes for your impression to get to us. We accept all digital impressions including Sirona Connect. Select your preferred scanner below and follow the provided protocols to get started.

Cerec

  • Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  • Type “Tele-Dent” in the box for Company Name
  • Click FIND
  • Check the box to the bottom left for "Tele-Dent”
  • Click ADD to complete the registration

iTero®

  • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 2
  • Request that Tele-Dent Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: [727-573-2781]
  • After Tele-Dent has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select Tele-Dent Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

Trios

  • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
  • Connect with Tele-Dent Dental Lab as Lab by searching [justin@tele-dent.com]
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Tele-Dent Dental Lab when sending files

3M™ True Definition Scanner

  • Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  • Select Option 1 and request support Tele-Dent Dental Lab be added to your scanner
  • 3M™ will then confirm with Tele-Dent Dental Lab and add connection remotely

E4D-Planmeca Planscan

  • Select Find a lab option on your scanner
  • Search for either Tele-Dent Dental Lab or [justin@tele-dent.com]
  • Add Tele-Dent Dental Lab
  • Select Tele-Dent Dental Lab when submitting scans

Carestream

Option 1
  • Email Tele-Dent Dental Lab at [justin@tele-dent.com]
Option 2
  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • Search for Tele-Dent
  • Add Tele-Dent Dental Lab
  • Select Tele-Dent Dental Lab when submitting scans raw STL files
  • Email Tele-Dent Dental Lab at [justin@tele-dent.com]
