Our porcelain-fused-to-zirconia restorations are fabricated with highly aesthetic porcelain that is layered over zirconia. We offer two different types of zirconia. Procera Zirconia is versatile, durable, and allows the restoration to be placed anywhere in the mouth. Cercon® Zirconia is an excellent alternative to PFM crowns and create a vitality that is virtually identical to natural teeth. Due to zirconia’s high translucence, these restorations do not offer any of the esthetic difficulties that arise with PFM.
The Diamart™ is created out of two parts. Firstly, the bridge is fabricated out of zirconia, Pekkton®, or PMMA. The implant bar is made of titanium, which increased overall rigidity and provides the ideal support for cantilever. This implant bridge eliminates the common challenges that arise with screw channel angulation. The bridge is easily accessible and repairable.
The CAD/CAM Integrated Bar™ is an excellent option that does not compromise on hygiene. It sits securely in the mouth, but is also easily removable by the patient to ensure easy cleaning. The CAD/CAM IB utilizes custom abutments to ensure proper angulation. Special nylons are utilized to retain the removable prosthetic, so that your patient can depend on the predictability of this hybrid. Available in three different retention levels, the IB Bar can be customized to fit your patient’s lifestyle.
The Lock ‘n’ Release™ bar is designed to widen the range of patients able to take advantage of hybrid solutions. It was developed to allow easy installation and removal, which makes it an ideal option for older patients with dexterity issues. This solution is removable by pushing two buttons. When the buttons are not pushed, the lock cannot be triggered, which makes this option extremely secure and easily removable. Only three implants are required for this restoration, which allows this to be prescribed to more patients than traditional All-on-Four restorations. This bar is also fabricated with custom abutments, which allows for ideal angulation.
Tele-Dent’s titanium overdenture bars are customized for every patient to ensure optimal fit and function. Lighter than gold, these overdenture bars are biocompatible. They are also meticulously polished, not welded, and are not porous to ensure a longlasting and hygienic restorative solution. They are compatible with an extensive range of implant brands. ATLANTIS™ custom abutments are an excellent option for less than ideal cases. Our highly skilled technicians are able to use these abutments to create the best emergence profile possible that will promote healthy tissue development. Margins are also able to be placed uniformly below the gingiva. Utilizing this stable foundation, restorations are able to achieve optimal function and esthetics. Additionally, custom abutments allow for corrections to be made in angulation with anatomical structure for better support and crown retention.
In order to combat bruxism, we have striven to perfect our line of nightguards. We carry hard, soft, and dual hard/soft options. We use Vynacron resins to fabricate our nightguards. Our nightguards are heat cured, don’t fog up, and are an increasingly popular part of our daily workload.
